My style of entertaining responds to the crisp air, the smell of wood smoke and the bounty of the harvest regardless of which place I am in. For the most part dinners are smaller and informal. Tables are nestled next to the fire, the food becomes richer, the wine more full- bodied, the smell of apples from the orchard permeates the air
