
APPLE ORCHARD | My entertaining in Connecticut is a bit more formal than in Aspen, but nature is still a key ingredient. Red apples from the orchard coupled with red dahlias punctuate my favorite brown and white 19th century dishes. Faux tortoise flatware, deep amber and silver plate bowls, brown linen tweed napkins, horn beakers and barkwood candlesticks complete this elegant and nature-inspired table. |
