A Passion for Quality
(Continued)

I often worry that in our watered-down world of knockoffs, the current generation of artisans is a dying breed. Think of it this way, without the original Hermes Birkin Bag, there wouldn’t be anything to copy! If we don’t celebrate original creators and their wares, will we cease to have heirloom pieces and items worthy of someday becoming valuable antiques?

The real challenge is figuring out how to appreciate the best of both worlds—high quality and unique mixed with practical. I often think of the mysterious French woman who is the epitome of chic toting her Hermes bag while dressed in a $20, cotton T-shirt.

Because of my dedication to quality and my strong desire to protect the artistic process, I have chosen to offer a variety of premium items, from Haviland limoges to Murano glass to handmade paper from the Czech Republic, and more. I hope you enjoy this opportunity to dream a little and celebrate originality and artistry.
