Just because I love tradition and look forward to repeating many things from years past, that doesn’t mean I won’t take a leap from the tried and true and experiment during the holidays. Mixing it up is especially enticing when it comes to décor and coordinating gifts.

Color is a major source of joy in my life and the inspiration here for a bright Christmas theme. While putting together my new collections, I was taken with these shocking pinks and chartreuse greens and the idea of making them suitable for Christmas by mixing them with wraps and ribbons and glass ball tie-ons. As you can see, Weatherstone is not a modern house, but the bold hues and sleek wraps work because all of the elements are intrinsically consistent with my overall design aesthetic.
