The urge to collect beautiful, and often time practical, things came from my Grandma Beaty who took me to estate sales as a young girl. She taught me the joys of French ribbons, fabric flowers, and other treasures. Over the years, I have amassed everything from glassware to china to antiques to my own snips and skeins of ribbon.
