My need for a bag clean out is a desperate obsession by the end of the week!
But in addition to organization I want the interior of my handbag to look pretty
as well. I shall never forget years ago (in the 70’s) when I met a very stylish
woman who had one of the original quilted Chanel bags. Her wallet, cosmetic
bag and address/note book of red leather that matched the lining of her bag. It
was not just my young and inexperienced eyes (plus a bag that looked like
Fibber McGee’s closet) that made me drool; it was that one instinctively knew
that the organization and elegance represented by that bag permeated every
aspect of this woman’s life. This became my metaphor for an attitude towards
living.
Recently, when I found all of these beautiful products from France, I knew I
needed them for my bags. I hope you will feel the same way and indulge
yourself.
It may sound frivolous in the grand scheme of things, but I do believe that
creating order coupled with beauty reflects an aesthetically disciplined attitude
towards quality of life.
My first glimpse of beauty and efficiency was matched in color -- but mixing
more then one color and contrasting your “ interior elements” to the bag is also
very chic! |

When I found these fabulous faux ostrich products I could not believe that they were made from embossed cowhide—so chic and so French! Find out about our pens in the writing story. |
